Launched in 1988 by the Institute for Retail Studies (IRS) at the University of Stirling in the UK, over 300 retail professionals worldwide have graduated from the MBA in Retailing programme. This programme is now also offered in Singapore through the Retail Academy of Singapore. Study Schools are conducted in Singapore by staff of the University of Stirling. So far, 5 runs of the programme have been conducted in Singapore. The MBA in Retailing is also the designated course of study of the Singapore National Retail Scholarship (Masters). In the recent runs of the Singapore programme, we have participants from Taiwan, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
