Based on the Dimensional® Model of Behaviour of Dr Victor R Buzzotta and Dr Robert E Lefton, the Leadership Through People Skills is an intensive 3-day course that teaches middle and senior managers the practical leadership skills that they need to meet today’s business challenges.
The course develops managers who coach to improve performance rather than boss people around, coordinate team efforts rather than merely supervise workers, win support for their objectives across departmental lines rather than pushing their agenda through office politics.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is designed for middle and senior managers who are ready for more advanced leadership skills.
This intensive 3-day course is conducted by certified facilitators from Psychological Associates, USA, using video, discussions, presentations, case studies, role-plays, and group work. Participants spend 75 percent of their time learning by doing, rather than listening to lectures.
The course includes a prework that will be given to the participants one week before the course starts.
Participant who successfully complete the programme will be awarded two Retail WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOAs) for Manage Service Operations and Manage Customer Relations (CRM) in the Retail Environment and achieve a credit exemption for the module Developing Customer Relations and Managing People under the Diploma in Retail Management by the Retail Academy of Singapore if the participant decides to enrol for the Diploma in the future.
