This course is for Buyers, Planners and Merchandise Managers who have to develop financial, range and/or assortment plans to ensure profitability for their business.
This 1-day course is conducted in an interactive workshop style using exercises, case studies and presentations.
The course includes an assessment that is work-based. Participants are given 3 weeks to complete the assignments. The assessment is compulsory.
